Advertising disclosure
We label every shop page as advertising. That is a precautionary decision: we cannot verify whether a commission is earned anywhere on links and coupon codes. So we label throughout.
No paid ranking
Neither inclusion in the database nor the ordering nor the facts shown are for sale. There are no sponsored placements and no bookable ad space.
Legal basis
§ 5a (4) UWG (Germany and the EU) requires the commercial purpose to be made recognisable. 16 CFR Part 255 (USA) requires a clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections. We implement both through a footer notice on every page — the sitewide baseline — the banner on every shop page, and this page.
