Herbs on the Hill is based in Frome, Somerset, where a small team hand makes aromatherapy soaps, balms, creams, bath treats and loose incense. Built on Shopify, the shop sells essential oils, roll-on perfumes, head balms, temple balm, facial oils, room sprays and gift sets, using fairly traded, wild and organic ingredients with no synthetic perfume oils or colorants; most products are vegan.

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat rate of £4.50, with delivery taking 2–3 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and customers receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email once their parcel is on the move.

The refund policy allows 30 days for returns on most unused items in original packaging, though skin care, bath and massage oils, and shower gels are exempt. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and sale items cannot be refunded. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or Klarna.
