True North Coaching Academy operates an LMS (Learning Management System) at lms.truenorthcoachingacademy.com, built on WooCommerce, with its domain registered for over two years. The platform offers ICF-related coaching education content, including quizzes, coaching questions, guided studies, and expert insights. Registration is free and provides lifetime access to the materials, along with perks such as early bird bookings, special discounts, and referral earnings.

The site lists courses led by MCC and PCC level coaches, covering topics like ICF coach certification, powerful coaching questions, and the differences between coaching, consulting, and counselling. Members can access the free ICF coaching content without needing prior certification, and the platform notes that content is delivered digitally, sometimes with downloadable material or live in-person sessions.

The refund and returns policy lasts 45 days from purchase and requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Because the product is an educational course delivered through the LMS, the site explicitly states that no shipping policy applies. The listed contact address is 304-306 Kailash Business Park, Vikhroli West.
