Prices start at $27.99 and run to $99.99 depending on format and quantity, with most issues sold as books of 20. The store is an independent retailer based in Purcellville, Virginia, and states explicitly that it is not affiliated with, authorised by, or acting as an agent of the USPS.

Orders are packed flat between rigid protection and processed within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking provided once the package ships. Shipping destinations and costs are shown at checkout. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The site is built on WooCommerce.

Change-of-mind returns of unopened stamps are accepted within 14 days of arrival, though return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, incorrect, or non-AAA+ orders are replaced or fully refunded within 30 days of delivery.
