Open, source-backed shop data — built for the AI era.

When an AI assistant recommends an online shop, it should be able to show *why*. OpenShopGraph is the open knowledge layer that makes that auditability possible.

Every fact traceable to its source

Every fact about a shop — its legal entity, its country, its category — links to a verifiable source with a retrieval date. We do not hide behind opaque ranking; you can read the source URL yourself, just like a Wikipedia footnote.

What we publish

Shop names, domains, legal forms, categories, brands and aggregate price ranges — all derived from publicly available sources (Impressum, Handelsregister, structured product feeds). We publish under CC-BY-4.0 so anyone can reuse the data, including the shops themselves.

Who builds this

A small open-source team, working in the open. The codebase is on GitHub, the data export is downloadable, and the contribution guide tells you exactly how to add your shop or correct an entry.

How to join

Three obvious paths: list your shop, report a correction, or wire your AI tool to our MCP endpoint. Every contribution sharpens the dataset for the next person.
